Cincinnati's Center for "Mind
Control"
Mind control is what
Tri-StateHypnosisCenterin
CincinnatiOhiois all about. Learning how you can
control your thoughts through the use of hypnosis enables rapid and permanent changes in your
life.
As a Board Certified Hypnotist and Hypnosis Instructor,
I use hypnosis in my practice as well as teach hypnosis and self hypnosis to my clients and students. I teach a
very specific type of "mind control". It is a self empowering process in that you, the individual, are in complete
control of your thoughts. When you learn to control your thoughts through hypnosis, you become
"self" empowered not under the control of anyone or thing but rather in control.
Fears, phobias and anxiety can disappear and be replaced with confidence, high self-esteem and
self motivation. Old self defeating habits such as poor eating habits, smoking and nail biting can be modified or
released completely, quickly and safely.
This type of mind control is not a demanding or commanding approach but
rather a practice of free will. By becoming self empowered and choosing the thoughts that promote health and
happiness you begin to make the choices and the changes in your life that reflect those thoughts. You begin to
discover the true strength and the meaning of "will power" or even the over used term "law of attraction".
The hypnotic mind control that you can learn through the use of
hypnosis and self-hypnosis is a drug free, non intrusive method that inspires you to be in control of your life,
beginning with your own thoughts. The use of hypnosis has been documented for many years without a single case
where hypnosis has been found to be harmful. Hypnosis, however, has been found to be very effective for weight
control, pain management, smoking cessations, releasing fears and the relief from stress and anxiety, just to name
a few.
At our Ohio State Registered School for
Hypnosis we teach other professionals all around the country such as Psychotherapists, Licensed Social
Workers, Psychologists and Doctors (PhD) how to utilize this self-empowered mind control called hypnosis in
their private practices. I also teach a hypnosis certification course for those individuals who wish to learn
how to use hypnosis for themselves or to start a business of their own. The understanding and the ability to
use this safe and naturally occurring trance state to encourage productive changes within any individual has
been shown to be quite astounding. Life long habits have disappeared in as little as one hypnosis session;
fears have been dissolved just as quickly. Medical reports have shown that with the
proper use of hypnosis patient recovery times from surgical procedures are shorter and with less pain
experienced.
The idea that a hypnotist is somehow using a controlling type of mind
control on their clients has always been a concern for people who consider using hypnosis. This comes mainly from
the Hollywood versions of hypnosis that most people are familiar with. The truth is that being in a hypnotic trance
state is considered a heightened state of awareness and therefore affords the individual in this state access to
increased personal vigilance. Now, we all know this would never sell movies, but in reality hypnosis sells personal
success and achievement.
Learning how to control your mind to reach your goals successfully is priceless. Everyone who has
ever accomplished anything with high achievements has mastered this type of mind control on some level.
Pro-athletes, top salespersons, lawyers, doctors, Moms, Dads and students can all benefit from understanding the
influence of hypnosis as a self-empowering mind control technique that anyone can use.
As the last icy reminders of winter melt away and the warmth of the spring sun begins to turn
your thoughts to new beginnings and fresh starts, make it a goal of yours to be in control.

Cultivating a Garden of
Happiness.
Just as spring brings new life and energy to the earth, it is also
a great time to refresh your self image; it is the right time to energize your life with a positive feeling
of self worth.
Your self image is an important part of any change that you desire
to make. Whether you want to lose weight, stop smoking, or improve your mental or physical wellbeing, how you
picture yourself at the subconscious level is very important.
To fully understand the concept of self image you must first understand what self
image is. Many people believe that self image is how they see themselves if they close their eyes and imagine
looking at themselves in a mirror. What is reflected back to them is believed to be their self image. In a very
small part this is true. In the larger picture self image is much more.
Your self image includes how you see your physical self, and how
you feel emotionally about what you see. It also includes your beliefs about who you are and how you perceive how
others see you. The sum total of all these things is your “self image”. It is important to note here that self
image is a judgment not a fact.
Because self image is a judgment it can be molded into what ever you want. You are
actually in control of how you perceive yourself. There are many circumstances that contribute to how you perceive
yourself, but they do not change the fact that you still get to chose how you feel about yourself. The choices that
you make about your self image will directly affect your life.
Let’s explore some ways to refresh and energize your self image.
First, you can begin by practicing positive self talk. Make it a goal to say something positive about your self at
least three times a day. This can be something as simple as saying; I am happy, healthy, smart, beautiful, or any
other positive thoughts. As you say these things to yourself you are planting a seed of self-love in your
subconscious mind. This seed will be nourished and grow each time it is reinforced with another positive thought.
This self–love seed that you plant and nourish will grow and spread into every part of your life. This love plant
will create a beautiful, calm and peaceful energy within you. Write these positive phrases down and stick them on
your refrigerator, bathroom mirror, car or anywhere that will remind you throughout the day to say
them.
Another way to refresh and energize your self image is to look
into a mirror and while gazing into your eyes smile and say “I love you”. We look at our reflection in a mirror
everyday at some point. This is a great opportunity to stop, smile and improve our self image. It takes only a
moment but it can create a lifetime of improvement.
Other ways to improve self image is to pamper yourself, or treat
yourself to something you desire. This sends the signal that you are important and lovable. It could be a spa
treatment, a movie, special dinner or even a walk through your favorite park. Anything that you do with the intent
to feel good will improve your self image, therefore improving how you feel.
To make this process work correctly you must make a point to be
clear in your mind that you are doing this for you. Do not do things such as take a walk in your favorite park
because your dog needs to go out, or have a special dinner because someone asked you out and you said yes. Make
this time special for you and you alone. That doesn’t mean you can not share this time with another person, it
means to be clear in your mind, this event is your time. This will help insure that the place in your mind where
you plant the fertile seed of wellbeing is receptive.
As you begin to do these special little things for yourself you will begin to create
a fresh new self image. You will begin to notice things such as a higher energy level; you will become more
relaxed, less easily agitated or upset. This occurs naturally because you will be sending the signal to yourself
that all is well. When you notice these positive things, take a moment and say “I feel great” this will ensure that
the roots of your self-love will grow deep and strong.
A good Self hypnosis program such as 7th PATH will greatly
increase the probability of your success in making any change that you desire become a reality.
So create that garden of happiness in yourself right now. Take a deep breath and as
you exhale smile and say “I feel great!”

Summertime and
Stress
Once again it is that time of year that you find yourself looking forward to
what summer represents to millions of people world wide. It is a time to shake off the winter blues and enjoy the
relaxing and healthy summer days.
A summer 2002 survey of 1000 Americans by the Gallup
organization found that most people return from vacation more stressed then when they left.
According to the American Institute of Stress, stress is
the number one health problem in America. It
is estimated that between 75 and 90 percent of visits to primary care doctors are because of stress related
issues.
It
can be hard to define exactly what stress feels or looks like, because it can have different symptoms in different
people. Some of the typical symptoms of stress are anxiety, insomnia, stomach problems, pain, headaches,
high blood pressure, relationship problems, shortness of breath, stiff neck and weight
gain or weight loss.
The
management of the symptoms that stress causes is often the common
response or treatment given for stress. This is definitely not a complete stress management program and can in
itself be a cause for increased stress levels. Hypnosis on the other hand deals with the subconscious reasons for
why you are stressed and can help you rapidly change your reactions to the stressors in your life. Not only can
hypnosis help you better deal with stress mentally but you will also benefit from increased physical relaxation
created by this mental change. Hypnosis helps you develop new ways to manage the naturally occurring physical
responses to stress, and can help in maintaining healthy levels of stress in the future.
The
first step in managing your stress is to realize when you are feeling stressed. For many people stress is such a regular part of your life that you don't
even realize it. Feeling pain or tension, or any of the other symptoms of stress becomes something you don't even question, normally because it
has become so common of a feeling and has built up gradually over time.
The
second step in managing stress is doing something about your stress. It is often not an option to completely avoid
the situations that cause you stress, but you can always choose to change how you think about the situations. This
is where hypnosis can play an enormous part in managing your stress.
Stress management hypnosis works by changing how you mentally and physically
react to certain situations, this helps you deal with stress in a healthier way. With hypnosis you can re-program
your subconscious mind and teach yourself new and improved responses to every day stressors. These new ways to
respond to any given stressful situation will soon become as natural to you as your old unhealthy responses were,
however the new responses will be creating better health.
Stress management hypnosis can help you get your stress under control quickly
and effectively. Nobody's life is completely stress free, but you can learn to deal with stress inducing situates
in more a constructive way so that it no longer deteriorates the quality your of life.
One
benefit of using hypnosis in stress management comes from being able to achieve a deeper condition of physically
relaxation that is self induced. Most of my clients report that after their first session they feel more relaxed
than they have at any other time in their life. Relaxation is a byproduct of being in the hypnotic state. For most
people learning that they can in fact create this wonderfully relaxed condition on their own is a powerful stress
management tool in itself.
Other benefits come from the suggestions given during the hypnosis session by
the Hypnotherapist. Depending on your circumstances, needs, and types of stress, you and your hypnotherapist will
address the necessary issues during the pre-hypnosis interview. The new way of mentally dealing with the stress
producing events in your life are given as a hypnotic suggestion. These suggestions will allow you to rapidly
change the way the events affect you now and in the future.
If
you've never used hypnosis before, I would strongly suggest starting with the help of a professional
Hypnotherapist. Being able to effectively use self-hypnosis takes time and practice. A professional Hypnotherapist
should not only perform hypnosis, but also be willing to teach you how to successfully use self-hypnosis in the
future.
Self-hypnosis and Hypnotherapy are drug free and non-intrusive ways to balance stress.
No matter where you are or what you are doing you can benefit from use of hypnosis to
assist in controlling your level of stress. The results of using hypnosis can have a lasting effect on how stress
will impact your health now and in the future. So this summer give yourself the gift of mental and physical
tranquility. Call the Tri-State Hypnosis Center at (513) 943-1444 for more information about how hypnosis can help
you.

Hypnotize Yourself and
Relaxation
Summer is the time for relaxing and enjoying all the great things that good weather brings. It is
time to be with family or friends as well as by yourself. Whether you are hiking, swimming or just hanging out in
the park, how much you are enjoying yourself will depend on how you feel about what you are thinking.
All too often when you take time to relax physically you overlook the most important aspect
of true relaxation, and that would be your thoughts. I have written many articles on the benefits of hypnosis and
self-hypnosis when dealing with issues such as stress, weight control and even pain management just to mention a
few. All of the fore mentioned topics have one thing in common, and that is that nothing can or will improve
without first improving how you feel about those issues.
Over the last couple of years you have been flooded by an enormous amount of information
about getting what you want by changing how you think. Unfortunately, the majority of that information is cryptic
in nature and has been put to the public more as a way to sell a product or service. Now, there is nothing wrong
with advertising or selling products and services. I make a living by doing all of the above. I hope this article
will clear up some of the "instant manifestation" confusion and point you in the direction to create a habit of
choosing good feeling thoughts.
It has been said that if you think about something long and hard enough it will come to you
like asking a magical Genie for one of your three wishes. This is only one part of the equation. The other part
includes your feelings, or better stated your emotions, which are the real fuel to making positive changes in your
life. You have to feel good about what you are thinking about.
Some of the old programming from your youth or even from today's social influences may be
keeping you from feeling good about what you wish for. These old programs run in the part of your mind that you are
not consciously aware of. That part of your mind is commonly referred to as the sub-conscious mind. By using
hypnosis or learning self-hypnosis techniques you can access that part of your mind and literally re-program
yourself for success. This can be even more effectively accomplished with the help of a certified
Hypnotherapist.
The next time you are relaxing spend a few minutes and pay attention to how you feel about
what you are thinking. You may be trying to solve a new problem or unresolved issues. You may find you thoughts
going back to an argument that you had with someone. You may be planning an upcoming event and your mind keeps
going to all the problems that may occur with this event. By the time you are done thinking about it you feel
depleted and discouraged. This is normally the cyclic thinking that keeps you from truly enjoying a good relaxing
moment.
So how you can change your habitual thinking in a way that promotes a healthy mind and
body? By spending a little effort to become aware of which thoughts are motivating you and which are not. The
thoughts that feel the best
to you are the healthiest. Thoughts that are most agonizing keep you locked in a pattern of re-thinking them over
and over and are unhealthy.
This pattern of unhealthy thinking keeps you stuck in the negative feelings that are
associated with the problem. These feelings could be anger, depression, boredom, loneliness, and even frustration.
None of these feeling are favorable to your physical relaxation. Therefore you should attempt to change from this
way of habitual thinking as often as possible. By learning self-hypnosis you begin to be more selective about your
thoughts. When you repeatedly choose thoughts that feel better when you think them you create a new thinking habit.
When that occurs you will truly discover the real meaning of the "Law of Attraction": you will find out how
it feels to relax both
mentally and physically. Solutions to difficult issues seem to miraculously come to you. Physical issues that where
stress related begin to diminish and can even disappear altogether.
So this summer give yourself the gift of true relaxation. Start by paying attention to what
you are thinking when you want to relax. If you discover that your thoughts are not relaxing then purposely change
them to another topic. You can do this by using your imagination. Begin to imagine things the way you want them to
be i.e. the way you prefer to feel about them.

Age Regression
Answers to everyday questions about
"Hypnotic Age Regression"
Everyone
regresses naturally as they think back to an event that happened in their past, i.e. a past vacation, wedding or
graduation or simply recalling a phone number or address. These naturally occurring regressions are the results
of the conscious mind scanning for information that is stored in your mental data bank. These scans are done
everyday by everyone on the planet. It is normal to regress - it is called
'remembering'.
All of the information,
including any event and the emotional charge associated with that event that you have ever encountered is stored
in your memory, often referred to as the subconscious mind. That is why dwelling on a past event can either
bring you down and affect your health in a negative manner or energize you and have a positive affect on your
health. The world famous Biologist Bruce H. Lipton, PhD, formally of Stanford University, describes this as "cellular memory". There are some
past events in your life that are not so easily recalled while you are in a normal waking state. These events
are buried below your conscious awareness and stored deeply in the subconscious part of your
mind.
When a person has an issue
that they cannot solve through ordinary means they will often say, "I know the answer is buried deep inside of
me, but I just cannot seem to bring it up". This is when Hypnosis becomes a very useful tool. Because of the
nature of hypnotic intervention it is imperative that the Hypnotist be well trained in all of the dimensions of
Hypnotic Regression.
Clients,
during a hypnotic regression, which is often referred to as "age regression", will go into their mental data
banks to events in this life time - somewhere between conception and the present to find the source of the issue
that they wish to deal with, generally referred to as an initial sensitizing event (ISE). Hypnotic age
regression is a method whereas a hypnotist assists a person into a deep hypnotic trance state for the purpose of
self-discovery, transformation, behavioral or emotional change. This hypnotic process promotes an understanding
and meaningful change in matters that affect a person's daily life. It is by far the best way to effect
permanent change and free oneself from old warn-out ideas, beliefs, and patterns. Further benefits are that the
clients have the opportunity to own the experience of the changes and can decide what may need to be done in
their live to let go of any negative emotions that are connected with past event(s). They are then free to
decide how to live their life differently from that moment on. It can also be an important tool for spiritual
awakening.
Other clients go back even
further in their soul's journey. This is commonly referred to as "Past-Life Regression". Past-life
regression often stimulates memories and emotions connected with previous lives that continue to influence the
current life. It is totally in the unconscious part of the mind. In bringing these hidden influences into
awareness it is once again possible to free one self from old warn-out ideas, beliefs, and patterns. Again,
freedom of choice is the outcome.
Life-Between-Life
Regression is a journey following death into the realm where the sacred-self travels once it is free of the
human body. It is a place of renewal and learning for the soul. It is where the soul decides what lessons are
needed to work on the next time it incarnates into a new body. This is fascinating work; because it often tells
the client why a particular set of circumstances is happening in their current life. Again it is a very freeing
experience once the understanding and healing has happened.
When the time in your life
comes to seek out a Hypnotist, remember to enquire whether or not the hypnotist that you choose is
professionally trained in hypnotic age regression. Regression is a normal part of everyday life and when
enhanced by professional hypnosis can become a powerful tool for self-improvement at any
level.

It Doesn't Matter What You
Say...
...... It matters how you say it
Many people, like you, are thinking about making personal
changes this time of year. Some of you will try to make the changes that you want in your life by doing
the same old thing that failed last year. That is because you are trying to use your conscious mind to
change something that is really in the subconscious part of the mind. Others will look for and find new
ways to attempt to make permanent changes.
For those of you that have read my articles in the past or
other articles written by those who make a living teaching people how to be successful in creating
positive life changes easily would have noticed that the above paragraph is loaded with “failure words”.
Often these failure words are very common in your everyday way of speaking and you are unaware of the
negative effects that they have. You are always listening. You listen to others but more importantly you
listen to yourselves.
One of the first things that I do with any new client is
listen to what words they are speaking. No one ever walks into my office, sits in the chair and starts
with hypnosis. This is because without knowing what they are saying to me I would not know what they are
saying to themselves. If they are saying that they TRIED to, or CAN'T lose weight or stop smoking they
are hearing an acknowledgment of a truth about themselves. These truths are not in line with what they
want nor are they necessarily true. The subconscious mind does not care about truth, it simple responds
with information regarding the thought that you are having. If you say you can not do something, your
subconscious mind will gather the information stored that will support that thought. If you say that you
can do something, the exact same thing will occur. Your mind will supply you with the information
available to support that idea.
By now you are asking "So what?", or maybe you are saying "But
it is true, I have tried and the result was failure". I would reply that you tried but you did not "do
it". Not wanting to sound like a Nike commercial, there is an enormous difference between trying to do
something and doing it. Everything that you do begins with a thought. Picking the best thoughts that
support what you want will make the difference between changing easily and failing
miserably.
I can not explain in detail in one article exactly how
hypnosis greatly improves your ability to make positive changes but let me give you an easy
example.
Let's say you have decided that you wished to change a
habit like smoking. Most of you will say that on a certain date you will stop smoking. If you say you
will stop smoking your mind will begin to bring forth all the information that surrounds that idea of
"stop smoking". That information will have all your past failures (if there are any) or even information
that you have obtained from hearing about other peoples failures. This includes all the feelings that you
have experienced when you tried to quit in the past, as well as all the nonsense that you have learned by
listening to others such as being addicted, hooked, having withdrawals, gaining weight and on and on.
However, if you deliberately create a new thought by using hypnosis, which bypasses the critical thinking
of the conscious mind and allows new thoughts to be recorded with out all the negative information being
attached, you now have a new thought that will cause the subconscious mind to bring forth all the
thoughts that support the change you want, as opposed to the thoughts that support failure of that
change.
Now keep in mind that this is a simplified explanation of why
hypnosis has been proven to be a very successful method to create positive habits that replace old bad
habits. The same process is often used for removing fears, relieving anxiety, controlling pain, changing
eating habits, improving sleep, increasing motivation and even enhancing sports
performance.
The bottom line is: It is important to listen to what you are
saying to yourself because your subconscious mind is always listening and responding to what it hears. In
order to make the changes in your life that you want you would be wise to change the way you are asking
for those changes.

your life or to discover how you can learn to become a hypnotist feel free to visit my website at

Discover the Power of Unlimited Motivation
By William Molitor, BCH,
CI
Uncovering the infinite source of personal drive that you call
motivation may be only a thought away. Hypnosis is a tested and proven successful approach for tapping into that
source of power for centuries.
In all areas of your life, be it sports, business, careers, etc,
the most successful people are often the most motivated. There are many theories of how we can
develop self motivation, but one theory that seems beyond doubt is that first we need goals. A
person with well thought out goals is like a coiled spring, ready for action. Having no established goals or weak
goals generally means that the actions that are taken towards the positive changes that you desire are
counterproductive, unsustainable, and normally this will translates into failure.
If you feel you need to constantly find ways to motivate yourself
then it's likely that your goals are not well enough defined. A goal of becoming more motivated
is not good enough. If you have a goal of achieving something specific in your life that
has a perceived rewarding outcome then the motivation to do the actions necessary will be there.
It is essential that the end product of any goal be rewarding on a personal level.
Hypnosis has helped many people to overcome procrastination,
mental blocks and to develop strong self-motivation skills. It helps on a very deep level by
assisting you in redefining the way you think about yourself and what you believe you can
achieve.
With student motivation, hypnosis is used to discover thoughts
that promote a suitable outcome and focus on studies and exams in a way that promotes a rewarding outcome rather
than a painful process. This is how naturally successful students are able to virtually breeze through their
studies. Using hypnosis to discover and set positive and rewarding study goals leads to more
motivation as well as more productivity.
Weight management hypnosis is geared to modifying the thoughts
influencing a person’s eating and exercise habits. Rather than focusing on the loss of weight or pounds, the
Hypnotist assists you to learn to naturally focus on what you want and know why you want it, in other words
discover the deeper goals. Lots of people set their goals as "weight loss" but what they are
really wishing for is to look and feel better, in plain English they want to be happy and
healthy. By defining and helping establish the proper desire behind each goal, hypnotists
consistently have been able to see their clients achieve astounding results in weight management.
Hypnotism has seen a huge growth in sports both in the
professional and lower competitive levels. Most sport psychologists use traditional hypnosis
techniques in their sports motivation programs but sometimes they don't call it hypnosis. Many
athletes have learned how to compete against more gifted competitors by learning to "wanting it more" and thereby
taking the steps necessary to achieve their goals. Hypnosis has been used with Olympic athletes for quite some
time; the Russian Olympic team had eleven full time hypnotherapists on their 1956 team.
Hypnosis is a great tool with teams or groups that share a common
goal. There is nothing quite like a group of focused people working towards a shared goal. As
stated earlier, if there are no goals or goals with a poorly defined reward then not much
happens. Hypnosis is highly effective in group or teambuilding situations. It
can help to clarify and formulate shared outcomes. In other words, it can help to create a
vision
Remember, hypnosis is not about making you do something; it
is more about helping you discover in your own mind a rewarding reason to do the things you want to
do. Trying to physically force yourself to do something may create a subconscious resentment
toward the very thing you are trying to achieve. With hypnosis you can not only discover any of the thoughts that
may have been holding you back but you have the opportunity to quickly change them to beneficial and rewarding
thoughts that create motivation. Willpower is not forceful; it is a thought process that everyone can tap
into. Hypnosis can help you make changes in your thinking that creates positive motivation for
your actions. Hypnosis is self-empowering and teaches you how to build on your own internal
resources.
So this summer whether you wish to lose weight, improve you golf
game, or simply feel good about doing the things that you have chosen to do, remember you will take no action
without first thinking about it. If you are serious about what you are doing and you want to do it easier or better
call your local hypnosis expert and tap into your unlimited resources. Reaching your goals could be only a thought
away.
